Ever since talented UK-based Ghanaian Gospel musician,Joseph Matthew (JM) released his newest hit song,’Nyame Ye’ ,he has won hands with regards to how he has broaden the spectrum of the Ghanaian gospel music scene with his style, a distinctive contemporary sound(a mixture of highlife, Afro beats, and Rap)

Many gospel music enthusiasts are of the view that,looking at the immense talent Joseph Matthew possesses,he will win major laurels like Grammy,BET for Ghana if all the attention, hype and support given to secular musicians who mostly dwell on ‘beefs’ are channelled to him.

Well,to cement this argument, has sighted a throwback video , whereby ,Joseph Matthew is seen save an ABN gospel musical concert, dubbed ‘ABN Gospelfest’which was headlined by multiple award-winning gospel artiste,Joe Mettle in London,2018 with a world-class performance.

Clad in all-black beautiful African apparel,at the time when the enthusiasm in the auditorium was down after Joe Mettle’s performance, Joseph Matthew who spent 10 minutes on stage, restarted the entire ceremony by getting everyone singing and dancing to his popular tune ‘Hallelujah’.

His combination with the band, technique on the microphone, and his interaction with the patrons were pure class.The Gospel Music prodigy did magnificently well.

ABN Gospelfest, is an annual praise and worship musical concert organized by ABN TV/ Radio Station in London.

Other artistes who also performed apart from Joe Mettle and Joseph Matthew include:Sammy Okposo, Andrew Bello and Shekinah.
