Speaking to RazzNews.com from his base,Samuel Asumaneng described President Akuffo-Addo’s viral video as a diversionary tactic.

According to him, the video was to divert attention of the nation from some raging issues including the brouhaha behind the staff of the National Identification Authority (NIA) who attempted to register two Nigerians to obtain Ghana cards, the invitation of NDC national Chairman Ofosu Ampofo by the Police CID and how the economy is cramping with regards to the depreciation of the Cedi.

“I’m a staunch NPP supporter but the President is just deceiving Ghanaians…the video about him celebrating the Tottenham Hotspur’s victory was just a diversionary tactic…He shared the video because of the raging issues in the Country”.He told RazzNews.com

He added,“There are all these challenges in the economy, and when there is a problem they want a diversion. They know that the NIA registration, the Ofosu Ampofo invitation and the depreciation of the Cedi are generating a lot of heat so they want some means of diverting the attention of the nation…I came to Ghana in March and the Ghanaian economy was very bad”.
